An act

relating to local government; modifying the business hours of county license bureaus;

amending Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 373.38.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 373.38, is amended to read:

373.38 BUSINESS HOURS.

County license bureaus shall maintain hours to best serve the public. They shall be open to the public each week for at least three hours one evening after 5:00 p.m. or on Saturday 40 hours each week.
