           An act relating to natural resources; adding certain 
          land to Jay Cooke State Park in Carlton county. 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  [ADDITIONS TO A CERTAIN STATE PARK.] 
    [85.012] [Subd. 30] [JAY COOKE STATE PARK, CARLTON COUNTY.] 
The following area is added to Jay Cooke State Park:  That part 
of Government Lots four (4) and five (5) and that part of the 
unplatted part of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter 
(SE 1/4 of SW 1/4), Section five (5) south of the southerly line 
of State Highway 210, formerly known as State Aid Highway 1, and 
also the Carlton Thomson Road, in Township 48 North, Range 16 
West.
