An act

relating to drivers' licenses; allowing collection of fees under the license reinstatement diversion pilot program to be extended for 18 months;

amending Laws 2009, chapter 59, article 3, section 4, subdivision 9.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2009, chapter 59, article 3, section 4, subdivision 9, is amended to read:

Subd. 9.

Sunset.

The third party administering the diversion program may collect and disburse fees collected pursuant to subdivision 6, paragraph (a), clause (2), through December 31, 2012, at which time the pilot program under this section expires. new text end
