Rule 412.Fees, Vouchers, and Tax Returns

(a)Fees.

The court may require documentation or it may appoint counsel to determine the reasonableness of the fees charged by the lawyer and the personal representative. The court may order the fees of the appointed counsel to be paid out of the estate.

(b)Vouchers.

Unless otherwise ordered by the court, vouchers for final and interim accounts need not be filed.

(c)Tax Returns.

Unless ordered by the court, copies of the United States Estate Tax closing letter and the Minnesota notification of audit results need not be filed.
