county of residence from +classification as public data; restricting the
disclosure of certain personnel data on +employees of secure treatment or state
correctional facilities or of the +department of corrections directly involved
with supervision of offenders in the +community; classifying market value
appraisal data on tangible and intangible +property owned by cities or counties;
expanding the definition of program for +welfare data classification purposes to
the temporary assistance for needy +families (TANF) and child care assistance
programs; modifying certain +exceptions to welfare data protection including the
