APPROPRIATIONS
Appropriating money to the legislature, governor and
lieutenant governor, state auditor, attorney general, and secretary of state
(constitutional offices), to the campaign finance and public disclosure,
investment, capitol area architectural and planning (CAAPB), and gambling
control boards, offices of enterprise technology and administrative hearings,
Minnesota management and budget (MMB), racing and amateur sports commissions,
state lottery, the departments of administration and revenue, Minnesota state
retirement system (MSRS), Minneapolis employees retirement fund (MERF), teachers
retirement association (TRA), St. Paul and Duluth teachers retirement funds, and
the councils on Black Minnesotans, Chicano/Latino affairs, Asian-Pacific
Minnesotans, and Indian affairs, and for tort claims
ARTICLE 2 - STATE
GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS
Increasing the amount the commissioner of management
and budget (MMB) may bill for statewide systems services provided to state
agencies; specifying a budget reserve maximum; allocating additional forecast
balances; specifying fund credit and bond authorization reduction requirements
for bond proceeds; modifying support and administration for the environmental
quality board; extending funding for the enterprise real property technology
project
