A bill for an act
 relating to game and fish; providing support for the Lessard Outdoor Heritage
Council; appropriating money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin LESSARD OUTDOOR HERITAGE COUNCIL.

new text begin $150,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2009 from the game and fish fund to the
Legislative Coordinating Commission for the Lessard Outdoor Heritage Council for
administrative expenses and travel expenses of council members pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, section 97A.056, subdivision 2. The appropriation must be reimbursed to the
game and fish fund by transferring $150,000 from the outdoor heritage fund after July 1,
2009, and before October 1, 2009. The transfer of funds must be completed before any
other funds are expended from the outdoor heritage fund.
