1E Creating an exception to the nursing home bed moratorium to license and
certify up to a certain number of beds transferred from an existing county owned
facility in Steele county relocated to a new acute care facility; specifying the
property payment rate calculation procedure; authorizing Steele county to lease,
sell or otherwise transfer to a nonprofit corporation all the real and personal
property owned by the county for nursing home, assisted living and related
purposes, specifying the application of the Minnesota open meeting law and data
practices act to the nonprofit corporation
