Expanding the fee for transportation of high level radioactive waste +to the
transportation of low level radioactive waste and radioactive +material and
modifying the fee amounts, excluding transuranic waste from the fee
requirements; requiring payment of escorting costs by the shipper; +imposing an
additional fee for nuclear power reactors licensed by the federal +nuclear
regulatory commission; requiring deposit of the fees by the +commissioner of
public safety in an account to be established to fund the emergency +response
plan; requiring the commissioner to annually determine the expenses +relating to
