deposit; prohibiting judges, courts or judicial officers from acting +as surety
for the release of persons charged; modifying certain deposit amount +release
requirements, requiring release or payment to the depositing party; +providing
for open court declaration of forfeiture upon failure of the +defendant to
appear, specifying certain court administrator notice requirements; +requiring
the release of surety and agent obligations under appearance bonds +under
certain conditions; specifying certain conditions requiring court +vacation of
the order of forfeiture and exoneration of the bond; clarifying the +authority
