E Modifying certain provisions relating to the department of administration;
clarifying a certain provision classifying certain data on individuals provided
to the management analysis division; extending the expiration dates of the
governor's advisory council on technology for people with disabilities, the
governor's residence council, the small business procurement advisory council
and the shared savings program for state owned buildings energy conservation
expenditures; expanding state information infrastructure services to Indian
tribal governments; replacing the commissioner of public service with the
commissioner of commerce in the membership of the construction codes advisory
council and extending the expiration date of the council; expanding risk
management fund services to local government units; repealing the surcharge on
vehicles occupied by only one person parking in state parking facilities in the
capitol area and the conveyance of certain surplus state land in Stearns county
to the city of Sauk Centre(ra, ja)
