Requiring the revisor of statutes to change the term health
services policy committee to health services advisory council

COMMUNITY CLINICS

Changing the definition of medical assistance (MA)
nonprofit community clinics and critical access dental providers to not limit
certain state health care program patients

ARTICLE 14 - DISPROPORTIONATE
SHARE HOSPITAL PAYMENTS UNDER MINNESOTACARE

Requiring the commissioner of
human services under the medical assistance (MA) program to apply for additional
federal matching funds as available as disproportionate share hospital payments
under the MinnesotaCare program; excluding chemical dependency hospital-based
and residential treatment from inpatient services payments for MinnesotaCare
enrollees 18 and older
