1E Modifying provisions for physical therapy licensure; defining licensed health
care professional or provider; modifying certain board of physical therapy
disciplinary actions relating to the treatment of human ailments; modifying the
time period for limitation of treatment without an order or referral,
exemptions; specifying certain prohibitions for physical therapists licensed
less than one year; requiring the board of physical therapy to report to the
legisaltive by a certain date on disciplinary actions taken against physical
therapists resulting in harm to a patient; repealing certain rules
