terms relating to the group residential housing act; modifying eligibility
provisions for group residential housing payments, specifying certain changes in
the county approval system, establishing certain group residential housing
staffing qualifications, specifying certain requirements of providers in group
residential housing agreements and certain background study requirements,
authorizing the commissioner to suspend or terminate the agreement under certain
circumstances, specifying certain minimum qualifications for licensed providers
and certain required services of these providers; modifying certain monthly rate
and payment provisions
