Requiring automatic fire sprinkler systems and prohibiting fireworks +displays
in certain places of public assembly providing entertainment events,+ penalty;
superseding certain inconsistent rules and authorizing state fire +marshal rules
and rule amendments for implementation and conformity purposes and +imposition
of certain civil penalties for violation, limits, authorizing and +providing
for negotiation of civil penalty compromise settlements, authorizing +state fire
marshal rules establishing reasonable guidelines for imposing +penalties;
imposing a surcharge on fire insurance premiums for use by the state +fire
marshal for division administration and maintenance and for office +programs and
activities, requiring deposit of penalties and surcharges in the +state fire
marshal account to be created by the state fire marshal (ra)
