and detailed plans and specifications for operation of the games; +specifying
certain provider prohibited practices, granting board employees and +the
division of alcohol and gambling enforcement in the department of +public safety
certain books, records, inventories and business premises inspection +authority;
providing for conduct of the games by licensed organizations, +regulating the
awarding of prizes, requiring linked bingo prize pool accounts, +prohibiting
