and lieutenant governor appropriated money. Sec. 4: State auditor appropriated
money. Sec. 5: State treasurer appropriated money. Sec. 6: Attorney general
appropriated money. Sec. 7: Secretary of state appropriated money. Sec. 8:
Campaign finance and public disclosure board appropriated money. Sec. 9:
Investment board appropriated money. Sec. 10: Money appropriated for
administrative hearings. Sec. 11: Money appropriated tor the office of strategic
and long-range planning for land inventory, program evaluation, feedlot,
airport, and planning grants. Sec. 12: Money appropriated to the department of
administration for operations management, intertechnologies group, facilities
management, management services, office space costs, and public broadcasting;
and Rush City correctional facility operational proposals requested. Sec. 13:
Office of technology appropriated money. Sec. 14: Capitol area architectural and
planning board appropriated money. Sec. 15: Money appropriated for finance
purposes related to state financial management, information and management
services, and technology budget book. Sec. 16: Money appropriated for employee
relations purposes related to human resources management and employee insurance.
Sec. 17: Money appropriated to the department of revenue for tax system
management, accounts receivable management; and Harold E. Stassen building
designated. Sec. 18: Money appropriated to the department of military affairs
for maintenance of training facilities, general support, enlistment incentives,
and emergency services. Sec. 19: Money appropriated for veterans affairs. Sec.
20: Money appropriated for veterans of foreign wars. Sec. 21: Money appropriated
for military order of the purple heart. Sec. 22: Money appropriated for disabled
American veterans. Sec. 23: Money appropriated for gambling control. Sec. 24:
Money appropriated for the racing commission. Sec. 25: Money appropriated for
the amateur sports commission. Sec. 26: Money appropriated to the board of arts
for operations and services, grants program, and the regional arts council. Sec.
27: Money appropriated to the Minnesota humanities commission. Sec. 28: Money
appropriated for the general contingent accounts. Sec. 29: Money appropriated
for tort claims. Sec. 30: Money appropriated for the Minnesota state retirement
system (MSRS). Sec. 31: Money appropriated for the Minneapolis employees
retirement fund (MERF). Sec. 32: Money appropriated for police and fire
amortization aid. Sec. 33: Money appropriated to the board of government
innovation and cooperation. Sec. 34: Money appropriated to the compensation
council. Sec. 35: Statewide system account continued and billing procedures

strategic and long-range planning authorized to study state agencies and
Minnesota state colleges and universities. Sec. 10: attorney general billing
rate submission required to commissioner of finance. Sec. 11: attorney general
biennial budget request appropriations summary required. Sec. 12: legislative
notification required when attorney general office enters into agreements for
