  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to natural resources; deleting land from the 
  1.3             Mississippi Recreational River Land Use District in 
  1.4             Wright and Sherburne Counties. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [DELETION FROM MISSISSIPPI RECREATIONAL RIVER 
  1.7   LAND USE DISTRICT IN WRIGHT AND SHERBURNE COUNTIES.] 
  1.8      (a) The following area is deleted from the Mississippi 
  1.9   Recreational River Land Use District in Wright County:  That 
  1.10  part of government lots 3 and 4 located in Section 26, Township 
  1.11  121 North, Range 23 West, lying south and west of Wright County 
  1.12  State-Aid Highway Number 42. 
  1.13     (b) The following area is deleted from the Mississippi 
  1.14  Recreational River Land Use District in Sherburne County:  That 
  1.15  part of government lots 1, 2, and 3 in Section 35, Township 33 
  1.16  North, Range 28 West, lying north and east of Sherburne County 
  1.17  Road Number 14; and that part of government lot 2 of Section 36, 
  1.18  Township 33 North, Range 28 West, lying north and east of 
  1.19  Sherburne County Road Number 14. 
  1.20     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.21     This act is effective the day following final enactment.
