A bill for an act
 relating to environment; restricting application of certain storm water rules.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. APPLICATION OF STORM WATER RULES TO TOWNSHIPS.

Until the Pollution Control Agency amends rules for storm water, Minnesota Rules, part
7090.1010, subpart 1, item B, subitem (1), does not apply to townships.
