A bill for an act
relating to natural resources; appropriating money for walleye stocking in the Rat
Root River.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. RAT ROOT RIVER WALLEYE STOCKING; APPROPRIATION.
$....... in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of
natural resources to stock at least 7,000,000 walleye fry near spawning riffles in the Rat
Root River in Koochiching County. This is a onetime appropriation.
