A bill for an act
 relating to energy; eliminating the sunset for recovery of gas utility infrastructure
costs; repealing Laws 2005, chapter 97, article 10, section 3, as amended.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. REPEALER.

Laws 2005, chapter 97, article 10, section 3, as amended by Laws 2013, chapter 85,
article 7, section 9, is repealed.

Sec. 9.

Laws 2005, chapter 97, article 10, section 3, is amended to read:
