 relating to environment; appropriating money for a climate adaptation and resilience
program.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION; CLIMATE ADAPTATION AND RESILIENCE
PROGRAM.

$400,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of the Pollution Control Agency for a climate adaptation and resilience program to increase
the resilience of communities and the environment to climate change impacts.
