A bill for an act
relating to insurance; prohibiting life insurers from using a prescription for an
opiate antagonist when making certain determinations; proposing coding for new
law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 61A.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

an insurer is prohibited from considering whether a person has a prescription for an opiate
antagonist, as defined in section 604A.04, subdivision 1.
