  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.8      $3,900,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.9   commissioner of transportation in fiscal year 2002 to be 
  1.10  disbursed to Dakota county to pay for a feasibility study, 
  1.11  environmental studies, and preliminary engineering for 
  1.12  transportation projects in the Cedar Avenue corridor, including 
  1.13  the marked interstate highways Nos. I-35E and I-35 transit-way 
  1.14  connection.
