A bill for an act
relating to education; qualifying certain homeless children for early educational
services; amending Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 125A.02, subdivision 1a.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 125A.02, subdivision 1a, is amended to
read:


Subd. 1a.

Children ages three through seven experiencing developmental delays.

district discretion from age three to age seven, who needs special instruction and services,
