a 30-day period for prescription drugs; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota
Statutes, chapter 62W.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

new text begin A pharmacy benefit manager or health carrier shall not impose more than one co-payment
for a prescription drug within a 30-day period, regardless of the number of refills of the
drug that are dispensed within that 30-day period.
