relating to clean water; appropriating money for wastewater engineering study in
Laketown Township.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$86,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the clean water fund to the commissioner
of the Pollution Control Agency for a grant to Laketown Township in Carver County to
prepare preliminary system design and cost estimates for connecting wastewater systems
around Pierson Lake to municipal wastewater treatment systems. This is a onetime
appropriation.
