 relating to retirement; St. Paul Teachers Retirement Fund Association;
implementing a requirement relating to early retirement incentive or severance
program.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin Requirements for early retirement incentive or severance program.

new text begin By January 15, 2017, the St. Paul Teachers Retirement Fund Association shall
study and report on the cost of implementing an early retirement incentive or severance
program. The report shall be completed and delivered to the superintendent and school
board chair of Independent School District No. 625 and the executive director of the
Legislative Commission on Pensions and Retirement.
