 relating to housing; modifying the definition of modular home; amending Minnesota
Statutes 2019 Supplement, section 327.31, subdivision 23.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2019 Supplement, section 327.31, subdivision 23, is amended
to read:


Subd. 23.

Modular home.

For the purposes of this section, "modular home" means a
deleted text begin single-familydeleted text endnew text begin one- or two-familynew text end dwelling constructed in accordance with applicable
standards adopted in Minnesota Rules, chapter 1360 or 1361, and attached to a foundation
designed to the State Building Code.
