A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; appropriating money for the Native American
Community Clinic in Minneapolis.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; NATIVE AMERICAN COMMUNITY CLINIC,
MINNEAPOLIS.

new text begin $6,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of health for a
grant to the Native American Community Clinic in Minneapolis to acquire and renovate
property for a clinic to serve the Native American community. This appropriation is available
when the commissioner of management and budget determines that $1,000,000 from nonstate
sources has been committed to complete the project. This appropriation is available until
June 30, 2024.
