BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

new text begin Chickens or other poultry or pigs that have been fed with feed containing roxarsone
or any other additive that contains arsenic must not be sold live or in processed form in
Minnesota for any use including sale in retail stores and use in restaurants or fast food
establishments.
