 relating to liquor; raising bond rates for small distillers; amending Minnesota
Statutes 2014, section 340A.101, subdivision 17a.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 340A.101, subdivision 17a, is amended to
read:


Subd. 17a.

Microdistillery.

"Microdistillery" is a distillery operated within the state
producing premium, distilled spirits deleted text begin in total quantitydeleted text end new text begin , with sales to the publicnew text end not to exceed
