  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [CANOLA PRODUCTION CENTER; APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $200,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   regents of the University of Minnesota for research and 
  1.9   demonstration of production techniques at a Minnesota canola 
  1.10  production center.  This appropriation is available until June 
  1.11  30, 1999.
