  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 2002, section 103F.225, 
  1.7   subdivision 5, is amended to read: 
  1.8      Subd. 5.  [EXPIRATION.] Notwithstanding section 15.059, 
  1.9   this section expires June 30, 2004 does not expire. 
  1.10     [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective June 30, 2004.
