  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [FUND TRANSFER; INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 
  1.6   787, BROWERVILLE.] 
  1.7      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 123B.79; 
  1.8   123B.80; and 475.61, subdivision 4, on June 30, 2000, 
  1.9   independent school district No. 787, Browerville, may 
  1.10  permanently transfer up to $110,000 from its debt redemption 
  1.11  fund to its general fund. 
  1.12     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.13     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
