  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to transportation; prohibiting trucks from 
  1.3             Hennepin county road No. 1.  
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [TRUCK TRAFFIC PROHIBITED.] 
  1.6      No truck, unless it is registered as a passenger vehicle, 
  1.7   may be driven on Hennepin county road No. 1, between trunk 
  1.8   highway marked 169 and Flying Cloud Drive in Eden Prairie.  The 
  1.9   road authority shall erect appropriate signs identifying the 
  1.10  roadway to which the restriction applies.  A person who violates 
  1.11  this section is guilty of a petty misdemeanor.
