  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to metropolitan agencies; changing the name 
  1.3             of the metropolitan airports commission to Minnesota 
  1.4             airports commission; providing instructions to the 
  1.5             revisor of statutes.  
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [INSTRUCTION TO REVISOR.] 
  1.8      (a) The revisor of statutes shall renumber Minnesota 
  1.9   Statutes, sections 473.601 to 473.680, as sections in Minnesota 
  1.10  Statutes, chapter 360, beginning with section 360.401.  The 
  1.11  revisor shall also make necessary cross-reference changes 
  1.12  consistent with the renumbering. 
  1.13     (b) The revisor of statutes shall change the phrase 
  1.14  "metropolitan airports commission" wherever it appears in 
  1.15  Minnesota Statutes and Minnesota Rules to "Minnesota airports 
  1.16  commission."
