  1.7   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.8      Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.9      Minnesota Statutes 2002, section 126C.17, subdivision 3, 
  1.10  and Minnesota Statutes 2003 Supplement, section 126C.17, 
  1.11  subdivision 2, are repealed July 1, 2004, for revenue for fiscal 
  1.12  year 2006.
