BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$2,440,000 in fiscal year 2020 and $4,978,000 in fiscal year 2021 are appropriated from
the general fund to the commissioner of corrections to be added to the Community
Corrections Act subsidy, as described in Minnesota Statutes, section 401.14.
