  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to state government operations; appropriating 
  1.3             money for the technology enterprise fund. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $117,000 in fiscal year 2004 is appropriated from the 
  1.7   technology enterprise fund to the commissioner of administration 
  1.8   for the purpose of completing small agency infrastructure and 
  1.9   electronic government services projects funded through the 
  1.10  technology enterprise fund and underway but not completed when 
  1.11  the technology enterprise fund enabling language was repealed in 
  1.12  2003.  This appropriation is available until June 30, 2005. 
  1.13     [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective the day 
  1.14  following final enactment.
