 relating to employment; requiring employers to provide written notice of certain
rights and remedies; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes,
chapter 181.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

applicant upon hire, and to an employee upon termination of employment, of the rights
and remedies provided in sections 181.960 to 181.965.
