relating to transportation; appropriating money for
commuter bus service between Elk River and Minneapolis.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; COMMUTER BUS, ELK RIVER TO
MINNEAPOLIS.

new text begin $350,000 for fiscal year 2006 and $350,000 for fiscal year
2007 are appropriated from the transit assistance fund to the
commissioner of transportation to be disbursed as grants to the
Northstar Corridor Development Authority to continue Northstar
Commuter Coach bus service between the cities of Elk River and
Minneapolis.
