 relating to state government; appropriating money to the Board of Animal Health.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATIONS; BOARD OF ANIMAL HEALTH.

new text begin (a) $173,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the Board of
Animal Health to cover increased costs associated with the importation of companion
animals from areas of the world with a high prevalence of animal diseases.

Animal Health for agricultural emergency preparedness and response.
