relating to appropriations; appropriating money for capital improvements at
the Minnesota Zoo.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $1,500,000 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund created in the
Minnesota Constitution, article XI, section 15, to the Minnesota Zoological Gardens for
design and construction of a black bear exhibit to complete the Minnesota Trail.
