A bill for an act
relating to natural resources; appropriating money for land acquisition in Ramsey
County.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin FISH CREEK NATURAL AREA GREENWAY.

new text begin $2,400,000 in fiscal year 2010 is appropriated from the outdoor heritage fund to the
city of Maplewood to acquire land in fee along Fish Creek in order to protect habitat for
fish, game, and wildlife and be included in the Fish Creek Natural Area Greenway. The
land acquired may be closed to the public taking of game and fish.
