A bill for an act
relating to taxation; gambling taxes; repealing charitable gambling taxes;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 297A.67, by adding a subdivision;
repealing Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 297E.02, subdivisions 1, 4, 6.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 297A.67, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

purpose, as those terms are defined in section 349.12, is exempt.
