A bill for an act
relating to education finance; increasing the funding for the community education
revenue program; increasing the minimum population guarantee; appropriating
money; amending Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 124D.20, subdivision 3.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 124D.20, subdivision 3, is amended to read:
Subd. 3.
General community education revenue.
The general community
education revenue for a district equals deleted text begin$5.23 for fiscal years 2005 and 2006 and $5.42

the population of the district. The population of the district is determined according to
section 275.14.
