A bill for an act
 relating to civil actions; regulating the admissibility of seat belt use evidence
in certain civil actions; repealing Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 169.685,
subdivision 4.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. REPEALER.

Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 169.685, subdivision 4, is repealed.

EFFECTIVE DATE; APPLICATION.

This section is effective the day following
final enactment and applies to actions commenced on or after that date.
