A bill for an act
relating to education; granting school districts the
authority to offer certain rewards; amending Minnesota
Statutes 2004, section 123B.02, by adding a
subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 123B.02, is
amended by adding a subdivision to read:

persons who provide accurate and reliable information that leads
to the apprehension and arrest of a person or persons who have
committed a crime against school district property, students,
employees or volunteers, or school board members.
