BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

LABOR DAY.

2016-2017, and 2017-2018 school years only, Independent School District No. 2853, Lac
Qui Parle Valley, may start the school year before Labor Day.
